You know, I just don’t spend that much time on him, Kelly…

“I truly am not that concerned about him…”
Go ahead. Check it out for yourself, on his own website.
You’d think he’d at least be smart enough to destroy the evidence.
Heh.

So about 2 months ago we went to the Renaissance Fair up in Central PA. And while there, we saw a production of MacBeth, because I threw a little hissy fit when no one else wanted to go. It was abriged, I think, with a really really abridged encore at the end. Later Charlie was asking me about the witches, and how MacBeth got defeated when the witches said that he couldn’t be defeated by one of woman born, blah blah.
So about a week ago we were giving another kid a ride home from school, and he was talking about what a hard time his mother had giving birth to him. (Kids are weird).
Charlie: Oh. Were ya ripped untimely from your mother’s womb?
Turns out that he was.

The O’Vibrator Factor

This Bill O’Reilly thing is bizarre, and I am loving it.
First, and I know absolutely nothing about criminal law or New York State law, and very little about business tort law, I always think of extortion as a criminal charge. Can you really mount a civil suit for extortion? Second, they’re seeking an injunction on the extortion. Which, you know, basically, there’s a standing injunction against extortion, it being a crime and all. So, I’m missing way too much information here.
I am assuming that everything alleged by O’Reilly’s former associate producer is true, and O’Reilly and friends are attempting to hide the ball. As it were. If you read the letter they refer to in their suit, and then read their pleading, you will see that they have utterly mischaracterized its contents.
Now they are asking for a declaratory judgment, saying that they can fire her, without it being deemed retaliatory. Yeah. Good luck with that.
What I love is that they allude in their pleadings to the fact that a lot of the statements attributed to O’Reilly in the harassment suit appear to be transcripts of audiotapes. So they aren’t so much denying the harassment. And, all of you with jobs with internet access, please take note of the scary scary fact that they attach her e-mail to their pleading, and remind yourself again that your e-mail belongs to your employer, and not to you.
Here’s my prediction. Fox & Friends’ extortion claim will fail. If this woman proceeds with her harassment claim, I am anticipating, eventually, one of those tearful Jimmy Swaggerty "I have sinned against you" types of confessions. Followed by a Ted Bundyesque passing of the buck to pornography or, better yet, liberals.

Transcript of Crossfire here. Yet another reason to love him.
Best part: Tucker Carlson taking Stewart to task for the softball questions he lobbed at Kerry on his, well, you know, fake news program.
Yes, Tucker. That’s the problem with journalism today. It’s the liberal bias in fake news. Sheesh.

This article is about my friend Judy, from college. I liked her instantly upon meeting her. She is goofy, smart and loads of fun. Add to that her new incarnation as a speed demon.
Favorite quote "Basically, I just tried to stay away from the walls."
Favorite bald faced lie - "Oh, I’ve never gone 96 on the open roads…" Yeah. Sure.
